Tim Finley
Tim grew up in Marin County and currently lives in San Francisco. When Tim isn't surfing the city breaks or teaching his nephews to surf at the Bolinas Jetty, he is playing with his dog Jack, who he is starting to look more and more like. Tim is the Norcal Rep for LRG clothing and Vertra Sunscreen.
Peter Gubbins
Pete and his wife Brenna own both The Live Water Surf Shop in Stinson Beach and Fairfax. Although he has recently devolved into a stand-up paddler, Pete remains a respected and beloved waterman. Pete and his wife are active boosters of Stinson Beach Junior Lifeguards and The Surfrider Foundation.
Drew Reinstein
Drew Reinstein worked for 20 years as a Marine Biologist and Environmental Protection Scientist before taking an early retirement to follow his passion. Drew now owns and manages 2 surf shops: Sonoma Coast Surf Shop and 2 Mile Surf Shop. When Drew’s not working, he’s in the water from Salmon Creek to Santa Cruz.
Mimi Towle
Mimi Towle, Executive Editor of Marin Magazine, was born in Kailua, Hawaii and now lives in Mill Valley. Mimi loves to ride little waves on her stand-up paddleboard. When she was asked to be on the judging panel of the MVSFF, Mimi thought it was a big mistake but agreed to give it a shot and join the panel. She has logged hundreds of hours watching surf films from Endless Summer to Step into Liquid.
Bianca Valenti
Bianca Valenti is a professional surfer and well rounded water woman. This year marked a monumental achievement when she won the prestigious 2012 ASP Pipeline Pro in Oahu, Hawaii! In between training for competitions and riding big waves she works as an Event Manager at Mill Valley's finest Italian restaurant, Frantoio Ristorante. She also runs an SUP school, Stand Up Paddle Marin, in conjunction with Proof Lab Surf Shop. To stay up to date on her array of happenings follow her @further_and_biancs
Will Hutchinson
Will grew up in Marin and got his start in the surf world making videos at Cronkhite in high school. He went on to study Economics and Film, worked on a variety of film and surf industry projects in Southern California, and co-founded Proof Lab Surf Shop in Mill Valley. Will recently co-founded surfbreakrentals.com. He currently lives in San Francisco and can be found at Proof Lab or surfing and skating around the Bay Area.
